We are specialists of in situ moulded fabrics. We have recently entered the aviation market, providing in situ moulded leather parts backed with graphite polyeurathane foam.
Fathomtree Ltd was formed in 1981 following a restructuring of a long standing family business that traded for most of its life as Brealey Smith. The heritage of the company dates back to the 1960′s when it was founded as a GRP moulder and toolmaker. The wide ranging experience and knowledge gained over the years has been retained within Fathomtree Ltd.
Fathomtree has seen many changes to manufacturing over the years and we have responded by investing in the new machinery, the latest technology and, of course, the very best workforce.
Under a single roof we have the latest CAD/CAM, CNC Toolmaking, 5 Axis Routing, Polyeurathane Foam Dispensing, Fabrication, Assembly, modelmaking, rapid prototyping, Packing and Distribution.
The company has been established since 1981 and is based in Nottingham, a few miles from J23A of the M1.
